Join the party and melt the pounds away in this Zumba fitness dance class. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using merengue, salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, hip hop and belly dance. This class is a blast with easy to follow steps for all levels, ages and sizes. Zumba is a great weight loss and stress relief party environment. No class 11/7, 11/23.
