Introduction to Laughter Yoga

Is laughter good medicine? Is it contagious? Come and experience it for yourself. Laughter connects us to a deeper part of ourselves, and to others. In these sessions, we will review the history and significance of laughter. You will also be able to gain a better understanding of your personal laughter quotient, and how to manage it. Will examine the science and biology of laughter. All ages; all physical conditions welcome. You will learn and practice the technique of balancing breath, diaphragmatic movement, and of course laughter. No mat required. Everyone will leave with a plan to increase laughter in their life.

Deborah Jackson has witnessed the power of laughter which has a variety of positive effects on our mind, body, and spirit. Being Certified in Laughter Yoga, Deborah has lead numerous Laughter Yoga sessions, in a number of different locations and environments. Deborah's philosophy is that each of us holds a limitless resource of laughter within ourselves, waiting to be discovered and celebrated in our life.
