Cooperation, collaboration, sharing, access-friendly design and especially caring for neighbors are the values of this age specific cohousing. Explore examples of senior communities.

Lee Pedersen

Instructor

Lee A Pedersen is a retired librarian from Brown University. She has lived in Duluth 5 years. Managing the care of her parents led to research into cohousing for her own future living. Through education venues, she is looking for partners to create a community in the Northland.
