In this class we will explore a variety of ancient Chinese movements and breathing exercises of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. They are geared towards promoting balance, proper breathing, relaxation, better circulation and increased energy. We will practice a variety of walking, standing, and sitting exercises. Students will be encouraged to find the exercises that work best for them and create their own program at home. These gentle exercises are easy to learn and practice, and having fun learning them will be the highest priority. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes.
