The Yang Style 24 Forms, also known as Simplified Tai Chi Chuan, contains the essence of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan. In this class we will learn proper breathing, body alignment, focus of energy, and the choreographed movements of the basic forms. The main priority is to have fun and enjoy movement. The exercises are relaxing and enjoyable with many health benefits. No Tai Chi experience is needed. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
