Students will be encouraged to find the exercises that work best for them and create their own program at home. These gentle exercises are easy to learn and practice, and having fun learning them will be the highest priority. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. No class 4/20.Spring/Summer 2022

In this class we will learn proper breathing, body alignment, focus of energy, and the choreographed movements of the basic forms. The main priority is to have fun and enjoy movement. The exercises are relaxing and enjoyable with many health benefits. No Tai Chi experience is needed. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. No class 4/20Spring/Summer 2022
