Instructor: Nan Banicki Come to class for low impact cardio, toning, stretching, balance and strengthening exercises mixed with fun dance moves. Work at your own fitness level to achieve new personal goals. Bring your exercise mat or towel and hand weights if you have them, but they are not required. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays. One day/week option is available for $22. No class 4/19, 4/21, 6/9, 6/21. *April 5 and 7 have been added to the first session.
