Instructor: Jolane Sundstrom A safe, complete, water aerobic workout. Floor exercises in the commons for 1/2 hour, then 45 vigorous minutes in the pool. Peaceful approach to a relaxing total workout. Feel your best gaining strength and stamina. Bring suit, towel and a mat for floor workout. Some pilates, stretching, toning and strengthening. Enjoy the company of some fine women ages 18-80.
