This well balanced flow class will help to discover new and different poses to advance and enhance your practice – moving out of your head and into your body and your breath. Plan to move mindfully while building flexibility, strength and balance, yet slowing down, moving purposely, powerfully, and breathing deeply. Modifications are always welcome. Bring a yoga mat.
