Supplies needed: Palette (Good art supply stores include the UMD Bookstore, where you can purchase a professional quality palette with a lid and high quality brushes) Plastic Watercolor Palette (9-10 wells or more) Brushes Short handled watercolor brushes Rounds--1, 1/16" wide Filberts--1, 3/8" wide pick two of these three 5/32", 5/8" or 1/4" Flat--1" wide Angle brush--(optional)--(small--1/4" wide, or less) Paper 1-2 pads of Watercolor Paper in a size like 9x12, 11x14, 11x15, 12x15, 12x16, or 12x18 depending on availability. 120 lb. paper or higher (Arches is best) Paints Watercolor paints-student grade (Like student grade: Winsor Newton's Cotman and Grumbacher Academy are best--or you could buy higher quality paints such as Winsor Newton or Daniel Smith for a more professional result. CPR/AED TrainingHealth, Wellness, LifestyleInstructor: Elmer Engman The Emergency First Response CPR and AED training is designed as a “hands on” two part program to teach CPR on infants or adults and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in the workplace and give first aid. In the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training component, learn how to use the AED machines now available in most public buildings. Wear comfortable clothing. There will be modifications to accommodate any Covid-19 precautions in place at time of class.
