Anna Swarts (she/her/hers) is an adventure-loving instructor. She balances her love of being active outdoors with practicing yoga and strives to create a supportive space for others to do the same. She's certified as a Wilderness First Responder, in Leave No Trace ethics, and Yoga Alliance's RYT 200.
