In this course, you’ll have 6 weeks of full access to quick and effective workout routines specifically designed for women aged 40 and above. These 5 - 7 minute workouts are perfect for busy schedules and can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. Each week comes with 5 workouts that target key areas such as strength, flexibility, and cardio, helping you to build lean muscle, increase mobility, and boost your endurance. Your workouts include step-by-step demonstration, are low-impact, and suitable for women of all fitness levels. You’ll also have full access to informative strategies to help build and maintain the habit of exercise, how to set realistic goals, and techniques to properly exercise for results. By following these short workouts on a regular basis, you will notice improvements in your overall health and have a better understanding of how to integrate movement into your daily routine, while also enjoying the benefits of increased energy and vitality. Get ready to feel stronger and more confident in your own body… one short workout at a time!

This course is both guided and self-paced; you’ll have personalized weekly check-ins with me, a certified personal trainer, with the flexibility to complete workouts at your pace!
