This class is for beginner to intermediate level. You don't need any art experience as this is an experimental process that allows you to be creative and expressive. This is a fun class to learn how to combine mixed media layers to create a small art journal. We will explore art journaling and discuss many ideas for using your journal. You will learn several mixed media techniques and practice creating layers using a variety of tools and art supplies to experiment with color and texture to create your one of a kind journal cover. Optional Journal kits available for purchase at class from the instructor (approx. $5-15).
