Come on a journey with me through meditation and visit a past life. Join me in an interesting exploration of a past life while taking part in a group hypnosis session. The session will include an introduction to hypnosis and visualization exercises as a warm up. You will then participate in a group past life regression, offering a glimpse into scenes from a past life. You will be conscious during the session. It will seem like an intense daydream. We will be recording our experiences upon awakening because they will quickly fade like a dream. Wear comfy clothes and bring paper and pencil to write about your experience and a yoga mat, if you wish. Bring a friend to accompany you on this fun adventure! I cannot hypnotize people under 17 years old.
