Duluth Community Education

This is a fully online, State-approved Driver Education class consisting of 30 hours of classroom education. 

When you complete the online classroom portion of driver education you will be mailed a certificate of enrollment (blue card). You will need this document to apply for your permit. Along with the blue card you will receive detailed information on how to take your permit test at the exam station in West Duluth. Once you have your permit you can begin driving with a parent or other adult licensed driver and also start Behind the Wheel lessons.
