Online Chair yoga is primarily performed while sitting in a chair. Chair yoga poses are adapted to be performed in a seated position which makes doing yoga more accessible. Yoga can help to improve body awareness and balance , flexibility, relieve tension, and improve balanced strength. Required equipment is a sturdy chair, preferably without arms and a long strap, which can be a scarf, stretchy band or tie. No class 5/8. Class meets online via zoom.
