This is a 4 week introductory mind-body skills group that is both interactive and transformative utilizing . Learn skills to relieve symptoms, promote health, reduce stress, heal trauma, and build community. These methods are based on extensive research and have been proven to be effective with diverse presenting physical and emotional health issues.
