This is a 4 week SECOND SESSION mind-body skills group that is both interactive and transformative. This complements the introductory course to offer additional skills to relieve symptoms, promote health, reduce stress, heal trauma, and build community. These methods are based on extensive research and have been proven to be effective with diverse presenting physical and emotional health issues.

This skills group does not serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
