Yoga for Outdoor EnthusiastsInstructor: Anna Swarts Do you like to trail run? Hike? Bike? Canoe? Me too. This slow flow class is suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to practice mindful movement with other outdoor enthusiasts. The classes will take place outdoors--please dress accordingly for weather and insects and bring a mat. No class 6/21.
Yoga for VitalityInstructor: Anna Swarts This class welcomes beginners and anyone who wants to practice mindful movement in a positive, small group environment. While designed for older adults, all ages are welcome to attend. Modifications and alternatives will be provided. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
