Each pose is strategically paired to assist in building strong joints, tendons and ligaments, all while strengthening your major and minor muscle groups. Yoga for VitalityThis slower paced class welcomes beginners and anyone who wants to practice mindful movement in a positive, small group environment. Modifications and alternatives will be provided. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. No class 2/13 or 2/20.
