In the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training component, learn how to use the AED machines now available in most public buildings. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring $30 for printed materials, certificate (good for two years) and equipment rental.Spring/Summer 2023

Tai Chi & Qigong Gentle ExercisesHealth & Wellness/LifestyleInstructor: Richie Townsend In this class we will explore a variety of ancient Chinese movements and breathing exercises of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. They are geared towards promoting balance, proper breathing, relaxation, better circulation and increased energy. We will practice a variety of walking, standing, and sitting exercises. Students will be encouraged to find the exercises that work best for them and create their own program at home. These gentle exercises are easy to learn and practice, and having fun learning them will be the highest priority. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes.Spring/Summer 2023
