Instructor: Claudia Weber In this class we will work with gentle poses with modifications that work best for your body. It is designed to be beneficial for both the inexperienced and experienced yoga practitioner. The goal is to gently energize your body and lift your frame of mind using yoga poses, breath and music. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
