The Duluth Public Schools Driver Education Program will be offering both an in-person class and distance learning class this Winter/Spring semester. The distance learning class will require Google Meet software and students must have an ISD 709 email account. The in-person class will meet at Duluth East. All classes will do behind the wheel lessons out of Denfeld or East High Schools. Class #3719 Online Class Using Google Meet 4:20 p.m. to 6:20 p.m. Dates: January 24, 25, 26, 30, 31 February 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16 *ISD 709 email address required Class #3720 East High School, Room 2021 3:35 p.m. to 6:05 p.m. Dates: April 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27 May 1, 2, 3, 4 Program Information: Students must be at least 15 years of age by the last scheduled classroom session. Duluth International Folk DanceDanceJoin the long running Duluth International Folk Dance class. Classes are ongoing and you may start any time. Come dance in a friendly, welcoming environment. Covid-19 vaccinations are strongly recommended because of the proximity of dancing. We will learn dances from all around the world and no partners are necessary. Dances are taught the first hour and the second hour focuses on requests from participants. Street shoes are not allowed on the gym floor, bring appropriate inside shoes that have not been worn outside.
